Proverbs

This book written by Solomon, the “wisest man to live” is purposed to “…teach people wisdom and discipline” (Pro. 1:2) It reveals to us that true knowledge cannot be found apart from God, for “Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge…” (Pro. 1:7) If we approach this book with moldable hearts before God, our application of these words will transform our lives. It gives insight on the most important interpersonal relationships we experience in life: friendship, co-workers, parenting and marriage. One proverb is a memorable truth expressed in about fifteen words, that, in whole, are meant to guide us in living out the two important loves: loving God and loving others.
